MADAM (Mankind's Activities for Development Accreditation Movement) in partnership with Brot für die Welt (Bread for the World).

Seeking consultancy firms or individual consultants to conduct the End Line Evaluation of the Promoting Sustainable Agriculture and Vocational Education (PSAVE) Project.

  • MADAM is a national non-governmental organization established in 1991 and operating across Sierra Leone.
  • Since 2024, MADAM has been implementing the PSAVE Project, funded by Brot für die Welt.
  • The PSAVE project integrates two previous initiatives:
    • Sustainable Community Agriculture and Livelihood Expansion (SCALE II)
    • Skills Training and Enterprise Development for Youth (STEDY II)
  • The project aims to improve livelihoods, skills development, and living standards, especially for women and youth, through integrated interventions.

to undertake the end-line evaluation of the PSAVE Project.

  1. Obtain the Terms of Reference (ToRs) from MADAM's Administrative Manager at its Makeni office or via a provided web link.
  2. Submit:
    • Application cover letter
    • Technical proposal
    • Financial proposal
    • Business registration
    • Evidence of previous similar evaluations
    • Lead consultant's CV
    • Tax clearance certificate
